- ➤ Poughkeepsie police arrested 28-year-old Takeisha Smith and 31-year-old Donques Derello-Johnson near 17 Rose St. on Aug. 14 when officers observed suspicious behavior and found felony-weight crack cocaine—Smith was released on recognizance while Derello-Johnson was taken to county jail.
