- ➤ An arbitrator ruled that Porpiglia Farms must implement a union contract for its 120 apple orchard workers, boosting wages and benefits with the contract set to run from Aug. 1 until July 31 — but the owners have rejected the ruling, saying it conflicts with H2A rules.
