- ➤ The jury declared a mistrial in the murder trial of Jan Michael Deere, 37, and Joseph Gonzalez, 45 after jurors were deadlocked in the case over Jaquan Fryar's murder on Main Street. - ➤ Michael Jarvis, 49, was arrested in Northeast on May 4 when deputies found over 150 bags of fentanyl and crack cocaine in his vehicle—he faces multiple felony charges and is held in Dutchess County Jail. 1450 WKIP
