- ➤ The jury declared a mistrial in the murder trial of Jan Michael Deere, 37, and Joseph Gonzalez, 45 after jurors were deadlocked in the case over Jaquan Fryar's murder on Main Street. District Attorney Anthony Parisi said a retrial will be held with jury selection set to begin May 28. Mid Hudson News
- ➤ Michael Jarvis, 49, was arrested in Northeast on May 4 when deputies found over 150 bags of fentanyl and crack cocaine in his vehicle—he faces multiple felony charges and is held in Dutchess County Jail. 1450 WKIP
