Cast iron cookware has been a kitchen staple for generations—and for good reason. Join Chef Jennie for a hands-on cooking class that celebrates the versatility of this timeless pan while teaching you the techniques to use it with confidence at home.

Throughout the class, Chef Jennie will cover the fundamentals of cooking with cast iron, including:

• How to properly season a cast iron skillet

• Best practices for cleaning and maintaining your pan

• Tips for achieving the perfect sear

• When and why to choose cast iron for everyday cooking

Chef Jennie is a Hudson Valley–based chef passionate about bringing people back to real, nourishing food that’s just as delicious as it is wholesome. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, her cooking is inspired by seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients and thoughtful attention to detail.
