About this event

Nov. 11 , 2026 , 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Location: Olmsted Greenhouse

Celebrate Spice Week at the Greenhouse by making a custom tea blend! Join us at the greenhouse along with Vassar’s Library and Chemical Society as we explore the chemistry of spices by making our own loose leaf teas with plants from the greenhouse & beyond!

This event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but you can drop by at any time. The greenhouse is located on the lower level behind Olmsted Hall, facing Skinner Hall of Music. Commuters can park in the South Lot and head down the stairs by Skinner. Accessible parking is available right next to the greenhouse; turn onto Chapel Drive from Raymond Avenue and make the first right down the hill.

Sponsored by the Olmsted Greenhouse , this event is free and open to the public.
