Culinary Institute of America graduates James Inserillo and Liana Rosenthal are the duo behind From the Ground Up , a premier Hudson Valley mobile café and catering business. Blending professional culinary expertise with classic comfort food, they will be on-site in our main courtyard serving up a delicious menu. Stop by the truck to enjoy their gourmet BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, savory chicken sandwiches, mac and cheese, hot dogs and more. Make sure to pair your meal with a refreshing cup of their signature purple lemonade!
Reservations are not required to visit the food truck in the courtyard. Parking is free.
