With Thanksgiving approaching, it's almost time for our annual Thanksgiving Dessert Class! Come spend an evening in the kitchen with Chef Melissa Walnock, the Dean of Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America. Together you'll delve into the world of pie and tart making, mastering the creation of scrumptious crusts and fillings, as well as honing your skills in decorating and assembling your treats just like a pro pastry chef. You will take all your desserts home, and the best part is that you can save them for Thanksgiving!

Melissa Walnock is the Dean of Baking & Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Before joining the CIA faculty, Chef Walnock worked at some of the finest restaurants in the United States including The French Laundry in Yountville, CA, Jean-Georges V Steakhouse, Union Square Café in New York City and The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.
