Experience the bold, rustic flavors of Argentina during the first evening of our Shadows Dinner Series.

Our culinary team has created a four-course menu inspired by Argentine favorites, beginning with grilled chorizo and handmade-style empanadas before moving into Beef Milanesa Napolitana and an asado-inspired grilled filet mignon. The evening concludes with Chocotorta, Argentina’s beloved dulce de leche dessert.
