Turning Outward Cohort

About this event

The MHLS Turning Outward Program is a nine-month guided opportunity to help libraries gather community input using tools and techniques from the American Library Association (ALA) Libraries Transforming Communities program.

"Turning outward" is a process developed by The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation, which entails taking steps to better understand communities, changing processes and thinking to make conversations more community-focused, being proactive to community issues, and putting community aspirations first.

Participants will be emailed access to the meeting links directly.
