- ➤ Dutchess Community College submitted a resolution for discussion before the county committee to spend $163 million for upgrades—plans include increasing nursing lab capacity and renovating the theater to support new arts and liberal arts programs. The design firm will be chosen on October 28 and construction will begin in January 2027 with completion by 2033. Mid Hudson News

- ➤ Orange County Bancorp, Inc. announced today that Hudson Valley Investment Advisors is rebranding as Orange Investment Advisors—formerly known as HVIA—to offer a unified financial service with the same advisory team. - ➤ On Friday night, A.J. Mackey threw a 75-yard touchdown pass with 41 seconds left to lift James I. O’Neill to a 28-21 win over Spackenkill + he finished 8-of-12 for 171 yards and connected on another score with David Prosperie.
