- ➤ Firefighters from the New Hamburg Fire District were honored at a ceremony in Wappingers Falls—officials including District Chief Joe Moore and Company President John O’Brien presented awards to six career and five volunteer firefighters for milestone years of service, with Mike Szabo earning the Mentor of the Year award.
