- ➤ A widespread 911 outage affected Dutchess County Tuesday afternoon, prompting law enforcement to advise residents to call the Sheriff's Office at 845-486-3800 or text 911 for emergencies. - ➤ The Dutchess County Legislature unanimously appointed Michael McCormack as the new trustee on the SUNY Dutchess Board of Trustees to fill the vacancy left by Evelyn Panichi.
