- ➤ County leaders in the Capital Region and Hudson Valley said they are following federal immigration law after being mistakenly listed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as non-compliant—Poughkeepsie's City Administrator confirmed the city has not been contacted and officials plan to work with federal agencies to correct the error.
