- ➤ New York lawmakers have advanced the Opioid Patients’ Right to Know Act (S.6758B/A.9010B), which will require brief, standardized discussions between providers and patients about opioid risks before initial and subsequent prescriptions. - ➤ Chester beat Spackenkill 13-3 on Saturday at Cantine Field in Saugerties to clinch the Section 9 Class B title with a dramatic walk-off finish that saw six runs scored with two outs in the sixth inning.
