- ➤ Police responded to a burglary report on Pershing Avenue on May 13 at 11:53 a.m., and investigators quickly identified the suspects, Christopher Cortez, 46 and Eric Espinosa, 36, who were later arrested on Main Street and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. - ➤ Central Hudson Gas & Electric applied for a three-year rate plan today that would raise the typical electric bill by $5.43 and the natural gas bill by $7.73 while lowering bills for government assistance customers by $3.85.
