- ➤ Dutchess County Sheriff Kirk Imperati will offer a free one-day New York Safe Boating Course at the DCSO Headquarters (108 Parker Avenue) on Saturday, April 26 (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) so boaters can learn to follow Brianna’s Law and obtain the required Boating Safety Certificate.
