- ➤ New York State has awarded over $19 million in grants to expand affordable housing in Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange counties. The funding includes $6.3 million for 47 units in Saugerties, $5.8 million for 42 units in Crawford, and $7.2 million for 72 units in LaGrange (as part of the state’s Pro-Housing Communities Program). 1450 WKIP
