- ➤ City of Poughkeepsie is inviting local 501(c)(3) youth organizations to apply for its Youth Activities and Opportunities Grant Program offering $250K; applications remain open until Feb. 22 and an informational meeting is held at City Hall in the Common Council Chambers today at 11 a.m. Poughkeepsie Journal
- ➤ City officials said Public Works crews are trucking heavy snow piles from downtown streets to College Hill Park for safety. The removal started Wednesday and is expected to last about a week. News 12 Hudson Valley
- ➤ Amtrak will resume train service from Rhinecliff to Albany in early March, so Metro-North's plan to extend its Hudson Line north from Poughkeepsie is on hold (Governor Hochul and MTA will explore future options). Mid Hudson News
