Basic Cable Knitting: explore more techniques!

About this event

Ready to take your knitting beyond the basics? Join experienced knitter Nora Brosinski for a welcoming, hands on introduction to the beautiful art of cable knitting. Nora will guide participants through the techniques that create those classic twists, braids, and textured patterns that make knitted pieces look so impressive.

You'll learn how to confidently read cable charts, use a cable needle, understand how cable stitches are constructed, and begin incorporating them into your own knitting projects. Nora's approachable teaching style makes this a great next step for knitters who are comfortable with basic knit and purl stitches but are ready to expand their skills.

Come enjoy a relaxed, creative atmosphere, build your knitting confidence, and leave with new techniques you can use again and again.

Advanced beginner level. Previous knitting experience recommended. A supply list will be provided prior to class.
